Hello dear union colleagues,

I am enthusiastically submitting my candidacy for the Youth Committee. My experience as a union representative began in February 2014 as the VP CLSC. My desire to be involved in the union has continued to grow since. I was recently elected as grievance agent for the Jardins-Roussillon component in the CISSSMO and to negotiate the next local collective agreement.

I want the challenge of being on the Youth Committee. I am passionate, energetic and not afraid of ridicule. I want to share my knowledge and learn more, above all. Being part of a team with the next generation will be an honour for me. It is important to me to make the young members aware of the importance of unionism in our society. Thanks to the battles won by unions over the years, we have reasonable conditions. We must continue to fight to keep these benefits and not take them for granted.
