Education-Animation Committee
McGill University Health Centre (Union of Nursing and Cardio-Respiratory Professionals of the MUHC (FIQ))
Hello union rep colleagues!
I have been a respiratory therapist at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) for 12 years. I am running for the Education-Animation Committee because I strongly believe in our training as delegates.
I firmly believe that training is as important as experience in improving our understanding of the different union files and for member services.
Education is not only learning something, but also how to apply what is learned in both our professional and personal life.
I have been involved in my local union for 5 years and on our executive committee for nearly 2 years. I am responsible for several files, including Status of Women, Youth, respiratory therapist and clinical perfusionist sectors and I am involved in OHS. I have attended different networks (Youth, Women’s and OHS) and several Federation decision-making bodies.
Team spirit is very important for me. I am versatile, dynamic and colourful!
Thank you for supporting me and I am looking forward to proudly representing you on the Education-Animation Committee.
