Dear Union Reps,

My name is Caroline Flageol. I have been a respiratory therapist at the CHUM for over 25 years.

I am on the executive committee of my local union, the SPSS-CHUM (FIQ), and have been a grievance agent, worked on mobilization and most importantly on the status of women.

As an elected member of the local negotiating committee, I learned about strong work ethic, structure and team work. I was elected to the Status of Women Committee for three terms and would like to continue on to ensure continuity in our work. I know the history well and would like to pass on this knowledge to my future colleagues.

The status of women is extremely important to me.
With your support for continuity, I would like to get involved and devote my energy to representing you on the FIQ’s Status of Women Committee.
