Dear colleagues,

It is with interest and determination that I am submitting my candidacy for another mandate on the OHS Committee.

I have nearly 15 years of experience as a union representative at the FIQ. Involved on my local team since 2003, I have held various duties while always being motivated by the backdrop, concern for the healthcare professionals’ health and safety. Following the merger of institutions, I was elected to a seat on the executive of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest as the vice-president social security.

Wanting to push my involvement even further, I sought a first mandate on the OHS Committee in 2010. Since then, I have expanded my knowledge and experience through the editorials that we write, OHS Weeks that we plan, networks of union reps that we organize, my involvement as a director on the ASSTSAS board of directors and the dedicated people I have had the privilege to be associated with.

With your trust, I can continue the mission that I have begun. The health and safety of nurses, licensed practical nurses, respiratory therapists and clinical perfusionists is a value never to be compromised!
