Hello. Let me introduce myself. I am Josée Chartré, Licensed Practical Nurse and union rep for more than 30 years. A licensed practical nurse team leader for 7 years. Authentic, empathetic, honest and altruistic. I have a big social conscience and a good sense of humour. Member of the FIQP Transitional Executive Committee. Since I have loved that experience, I am submitting my candidacy for the position of secretary. On the board of directors of my regional union as licensed practical nurse vice-president as well as secretary of the board for 5 years, I have solid experience. As a union rep in my institution (Groupe Roy Santé), on the local executive committee for the last 12 years. I have won a few battles, including recognition of the licensed practical nurse team leader job title. An adept web user, computers and social networks hold few secrets for me.
