Dear healthcare professional colleagues,

I have worked in various settings: in charge of a children’s regional care structure in France, neonatal resuscitation in two hospitals, one French, the other English.

CLSC in Montréal East with a diversified population (Hochelaga and Rosemont); northern clinic nurse in James Bay and lastly, public health care counsellor nurse in James Bay.

As for my history with the union, I went from being a union rep in Montréal to secretary-treasurer, then interim president since I have been in James Bay.

I have participated in the work of the treasury ad hoc committee for setting up software for accounting management for all of our affiliated unions.
Hence my interest in accounting and desire to be part of this committee.

All of this experience has served me well and each time I acquired new competence or skills.

For this reason and with your help, I want to put all my knowledge at the disposal of our 75,000 members to look after their best interests on this Internal Audit Committee.
