Members in the medicine unit at the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis have been in ratio mode since Sunday.

A big thank you to all of the nurses and licensed practical nurses for all of your efforts! Whether you realize it or not, you are changing history. You’re helping to improve working conditions for your colleagues in Chaudière-Appalaches and all across the province. We hope that with these safe ratios, you will see real improvements in your daily practice and in your patients’ lives. Whether on the day, evening or night shift, healthcare professional-to-patient ratios are drawing the line between the current and future health network.
