Last spring, the FIQ launched a new platform enabling its affiliated unions to administer their own website for free. The purpose of the platform was to provide new unions, formed from the merging of the CISSSs and CIUSSSs, with tools to communicate with their members over larger territories.
The idea was met with great enthusiasm and most of the FIQ’s member unions got on board and are currently developing their own website on the platform. Over the next few weeks, we will announce the launch of 22 new websites, which members can visit to stay up to date on their union activities.
