After a few meetings with the employer, the FIQ-SPSL executive committee managed to negotiate three agreements to reduce overtime and mandatory overtime. The goal of the negotiations was very simple: to address this serious problem while promoting workforce attraction and retention. The representatives of the intermediary council met on March 16 and adopted the agreements unanimously, which, in addition to reducing overtime and mandatory overtime will help work teams gain greater stability.
