Last spring, the FIQ launched a new platform enabling its affiliated unions to administer their own website for free. The idea was met with great enthusiasm and most of the FIQ’s member unions got on board and are currently developing their own website on the platform.

They demanded “three permanent seats among the ten vacant on the institution’s Board of Directors.” In other words, one seat per labour organization involved.
